The origin

We built Vutal because we saw the same problem in every revenue organisation we worked with. The deal closes. The AE moves on. The context that made the sale possible, the buying rationale, the political dynamics, the promises made in the final push, disappears.

The CS team starts from scratch. They re-discover what the AE already knew. They ask the customer questions the customer answered six months ago. The relationship starts with a reset, not a handover.
