Attio is now supported
Teams using Attio as their CRM can now connect it to Vutal. Deal context, company data, and contact relationships flow directly into Intelligence Briefs.
Briefs read more like a briefing, less like a report
The executive summary in each brief now has access to the full picture before it is written. The result is a more coherent narrative that connects the dots across stakeholders, risks, and commitments.
Faster processing for large accounts
Accounts with a high volume of calls, documents, or messages now process significantly faster. Duplicate sources are identified and skipped before analysis begins.
Reliability fix for high-volume workspaces
A small number of large workspaces would occasionally stall during sync. This has been resolved. Syncs now complete reliably regardless of workspace size.

Every brief is now quality-checked before delivery
Vutal now evaluates each section of a brief for accuracy, source grounding, and clarity before it reaches your team. If something does not meet the bar, it is flagged rather than included.
Significantly faster brief generation
Briefs that previously took several minutes now generate in a fraction of the time. Multiple sections are now analysed in parallel rather than sequentially.
People and client intelligence layer
Vutal now builds a structured understanding of the people and organisations in your accounts. Stakeholder roles, relationships, and history are tracked across the customer lifecycle, not just within a single brief.
Large workspaces no longer hit timeouts
Teams with very large Slack or Google Drive workspaces would occasionally see incomplete syncs. Vutal now handles these reliably with incremental progress tracking.

Briefs now have a clearer structure
Intelligence Briefs are now organised into five focused sections: Overview, People, Commitments, Risks, and Recommendations. Each section is self-contained and easy to navigate ahead of a customer call.
Commitments are now a first-class section
Promises made during the sales process, agreed timelines, and success criteria are now extracted and surfaced in a dedicated Commitments section. Your CS team knows what was agreed before they walk into onboarding.
Stakeholder cards redesigned
The stakeholder view now shows role, influence level, and a recommended approach for each person at a glance. Expand any card for the full relationship context.
More consistent brief quality across account types
Vutal now uses a unified approach to generating each section, regardless of account complexity. Brief quality is more predictable and consistent across different deal sizes and team structures.

Slack and Google Drive connected, with smarter source weighting across all integrations.
Slack is now connected
Vutal can now read from your Slack workspace. Deal channels, CS threads, and internal discussions contribute to the intelligence layer automatically.
Google Drive is now connected
Proposals, account decks, and shared documents in Google Drive are now part of the brief. Vutal pulls the relevant content and links every insight back to its source.
Faster, more reliable initial setup
Connecting a new workspace is now significantly faster. Vutal maps your workspace structure first, then pulls content in the background — no waiting for everything to load before you can get started.
CRM data is now weighted more heavily
Not all sources carry the same weight. A fact recorded in your CRM is treated differently from the same claim mentioned in a Slack thread. Briefs now reflect this distinction, surfacing the most reliable signals first.
